Clear Creek Cabin for one night

  Nature Center next door Cabin Sleeps 6 Last week it was our week to spend at the cabin I booked last year before the giant pandemic engulfed our lives and country.  We broke the mental barrier and traveled to Jefferson County PA on July 4 to open the cabin so that Patrick Michele and the Kids could enjoy a week away in their favorite spots.  More on this in the next account. Getting out of Storage Fees!

Leading up to the 4th we broke free of the bill for self-storage rental. The exciting interior of the storage unit showing the great job of drywall taping. For several weeks I had not been north of Canonsburg.  Early in June Cindy became determined to empty our rented storage near Mayview and that broke the barrier as we pressed another 5 miles north to disassemble the shelving I had built there and transport it to the Farmhouse where Laura wanted storage space next to her mighty Wheelhorse mower. July 1 all four of us took the truck and the van to the storage place and loaded up the pieces and brought them back.  We did a terrific job of cleaning the space and headed back to the farm where the pieces were deposited in the shed.  There were two shelving units at the storage units and one of them was destine for the Arden Heights station of the future incline which is in the meantime the Chateau shed.  The next day or so Kevin helped me shorten that unit and the gals ...
